Unlike our other traditional wrappers, our Dim Sim skins are made slightly thicker and larger to create those symbolic Australian fried dim sims we all love buying from the local fish and chip store. If deep fried food is not your thing and you prefer the healthier alternative, our Dim Sim skins can be steamed or boiled to create delicious chewy white Dim Sims.
