Our Udon noodles are made with high quality Australian wheat and lightly coated in canola oil. They are thick-cut noodles which have a soft, slightly chewy and silky texture. Udon noodles are commonly used in Japanese cuisine and can be enjoyed in a warm hearty soup or cold with a dipping sauce.
